At Flooring Direct, we want you to be completely satisfied with your home renovation. If your flooring isn't the perfect fit, you can return unused, unopened packs within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Contact our customer support team with your order number and details of the items you wish to return to receive a Return Authorization number.

  Package Your Items

  Ensure all flooring planks are in their original, unopened packaging and securely palletized or boxed to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Arrange Transportation

  Schedule a pickup with our preferred carrier or drop off the items at one of our regional distribution centers using your provided authorization paperwork.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects the returned goods for quality, we will issue a refund to your original payment method, minus applicable restocking fees.
